I am very happy with the colours of this piece. I was aiming to have her skirt disappearing into the background. I am still very happy with this style even though I am exploring other ideas at the same time. I have also been trying to combine 2/3 1/3 ratio of cool and warm colours so that the image is balanced. The splattering adds a little movement along with the leaning baby and flicking skirt. This will also be in my exhibition.
